The Sunglass Bros

Two brothers wearing sunglasses and dashing hats have made a great splash in the Moonfang economy. Aligning themselves with the Chumbuckles has solidified their power, but what exactly they'll do with it has yet to be seen. What is known for certain is that they're two good looking souls. 

Wears: the human wears sunglasses, a fedora, and a... jacket thing (?) over black, while the penguin wears sunglasses and a Heisenberg hat.
